    Creatine amounts while loading

Ive never taken creatine before and am going to start. However, when i load, should i take all 15 - 20g at once, or space it throughout the day? Maybe half when i wake up, half after my workout in the evening?

to load or not to load is your choice, i dont load any more, and no do not take all 15-20 grams at once, space it out.make sure your taking 5-6 grams 1 - 1 1/2 hrs before you train and the same amount right after.
