    Vitamin A

    Why are there a massive amount Vitamin A in almost every multivitamins out there? I heard that if more than 1.2 to 2 mg of it taken for a long period of time, can cause problems with bone and joint health. There was a video on YouTube. I will post if I can find it.

    About Vitamin A:
    28:05 - Lung cancer
    36:30 - Causes problem to bone health.
    39:29 - More than 1.5 mg. per day for long term can cause problem.

    It says that Vitamin E should be taken with fat, otherwise you are wasting your money.
