I've noticed that I've been feeling nauseous towards the last few sets of my routine when having pre-workout drinks. At first I thought it was the BCAA loaded Leucine I was mixing with 16 oz of water minutes prior to my workout but now I feel the same nausea after switching over to Craze. Not sure if hitting the water fountain during sets might also have something to do with it, but I don't have these weird feelings if I don't drink anything prior to my workout. Does any of this make sense??
Run Orbit Nutrition - Buy Prima Force Taurine At A Discount taurine during your workouts; it seems to help with correcting electrolyte imbalances that could definitely cause nausea. Don't slam yourself with too many fluids pre workout and make sure to hydrate well through the workout.
I find if I don't drink water during training Im fine. But if I hit the fountain....bloat and nausea kick in quick. Especially during ab training or any other lift that abs are used to stabilize a lift. Which is most lifts if you are doing them correctly.
I see a lot of ppl killing water in the gym. I don't know how they do it...my training is so intense I feel like throwing up anyways even without drinking anything.
I've had nausea from using a terrible GNC preworkout, but I've never had it from anything else. And I've used Craze too.
Yes once I feel nauseated during my workout it will usually hang around until I eat a meal afterwards. I think the combination or pre-workout drink and consuming too much water during the workout is what's leading to an overload in fluids, therefore giving me that lousy feeling.
i'll stick with the pre-workout craze and cut down on water fountain visits for starters
You could be feeling slightly over-stimmed. I used to have that with CRAZE when I first started using it. It was around mid-workout that the nausea kicked in. I just went down to 1 scoop for a week until I built a tolerance to it, then I upped it back up to 2 scoops.
