    What are you taking and when do you take it...

    Optimum multi-vitamins 3 times daily

    Craze pre-workout drink

    Xtend BCAA drink during or post workout

    Dymatize elite French vanilla protein shake post workout



    So far I've seen significant improvements during the 2 months that I've been going with this routine. I'd like to know if this is a good program to stick with or if I should add or subtract to this equation??

    what are some of you guys doing??

    Orange triad in morning and night
    Joint blend morning and night
    baby aspirin morning and night
    liver support morning and night
    naicin 1 gram morning

    white flood and cyto carb,bcaa powder pre workout.
    hydro whey, fruit and egg whites post workout
    Syntha 6 mornin and night
