    Started my 1ad 4ad cycle today

    Started my cycle. Im taking 400mg 1/d my question is though, whats a good mg dosage of 4/ad? The bottle says take 1 60 minutes prior to workout. They are 100mg's each.
    I will keep everyone updated and let everyone know of my progress.

    how old are you?? Don't you think that would have been good to decide before you started instead of asking questions after you start??

    19 years old, already decided 400mg 1-ad split throughout the day, 300mg 4-ad. I talked to some friends who have already done some cycles and this is what they did except they did 600mg of 1-ad. I dont wanna do that Im gonna go 4 weeks for sure, but If I had any side effects that I dont like, I will drop it immideitly. I will update you throughout the 4 weeks for the curious people. If I dont like the results at the end of the 4 weeks Im probably never gonna touch this stuff again. I just wanted to give it a try, this is most likely a one time thing.

    Im also eating 3 high protien meals a day, 4 if I worked especially hard. Optimum 100% protien shake for breakfast and one post- workout.

    Start 450 bench

    Goal at the end of the 4 weeks = 470

    Lets see If I can get it

    Give me a few min, I will upload a link to my current pic. Then I will post a pic when Im done with the cycle.

    At 19 years old, if you can already bench 450,why would you even want to try it??
    Your test is already high enough and has plenty of room for growth without PH's. I doubt you will see much with those doses. You should be 600/mg 1/ad and at least 800mg 4/ad. I still don't recommend PH's to anyone under 21. I suggest everyone read this...http://bodybuilding.com/fun/catproh.htm

    I'm gonna start 1AD soon, I guess 4AD as well...but see I'm 22 benching 200lbs, so I am in a different position thn you racoon. I need to get stronger, big time!

    Nah, Im gonna hold on to em, and wait till this summer, or if/when I stop making gains that satisfy me. So far, Im satisfied with where Im going, and theres no need to risk the side-effects now, when Im already satisfied

    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take them as gospel. They are a decent primer, but are littered with inaccuracies, and are far out of date.

    Just go with the general statements, don't believe any of teh specifics. Once you get a handle you can do more targeted research.

    My point was that I, is outdated, very much so. Big Cat himself has openly admitted that it has many mistakes.
