Divide the serving size(# of grams) by the number of grams of protein. This gives you % protein and the real breakdown. It may contain 50g of protein...................but look at how much it takes to get 50g!!! BTW, Optimum is one of the highest quality proteins!

There is 22 grams per scoop. So buy the 10 lb. bag and use to fit your protein needs. I use 3 or 4 scoops per shake!

Three or four scoops in one helping?? Thats WAY too much... 66-88g of protein in one serving?

Your body can't make use of all that protein, and will just burn it off. I think the most your body can use at once is something like 40-50g.

once again i will disagree with optimum being best bang for the buck. i have used optimum, and it is a good quality protein at a good price. protein usa is the same quality, with about the same taste and mixability, at an incredible price.

For someone that is just starting taking protein this may be true. But as you take more and more, your body can handle more. Some people could take around 80g at a time. If not some of these huge guys could not get 300-500g a day in their body!!!!!
