Increasing Growth hormone levels with a supplement!!
Prolactrone reduces prolactin levels and significantly increases Growth hormone levels.
In this study you will see that Ldopa administered concurrent with a decarboxylase inhibitor increases growth hormone levels.
The level of increase seen in this study was comparable to 5-7 IU injected growth hormone.

Abstract
The stimulatory effect of L-Dopa and L-Carbidopa (Nacom) on HGH secretion was determined in 12 children of normal height aged from 6 to 14 years. Each child received a standard dose of 250 mg L-Dopa and 25 mg L-Carbidopa p.o. HGH concentration in the serum was determined at standard intervals. All subjects showed a sufficient increase of HGH. The mean value was 19.6 ng/ml. According to the maximum values of the HGH concentration the sample can be divided into two groups; the first group reached the highest values after 20--40 min, the second one after 60--90 min. On evaluation of the curve of the mean values it appears that 2 blood samples taken 40 and 90 min after the ingestion of L-Dopa and L-Carbidopa are sufficient in order to exclude HGH deficiency. The theoretical background for HGH secretion after stimulation by L-Dopa and L-Carbidopa is discussed.
Yea we got hgh frag, I've just never ran it before. I'm going to run it along with my cut cycle in march along with prolactrone and do a log. I just didn't know if it would work like how ghrp 6 or 2 and cjc do
With Ldopa+decarboxylase inhibitor- HGH increase The L-dopa-induced rise in plasma growth hormone could not be blocked by either oral or intravenous glucose administration. The data suggest that a dopaminergic mechanism in the median eminence or a norepinephrine-sensitive site in the hypothalamus or limbic system may be involved in the regulation of growth-hormone secretion. Its known that even a small amount of carbs near the administration time of GHRP can diminish or eliminate the concurrent increase in HGH so Peptides and Ldopa are working through different mechanisms.
All information provided by me is for research purpose only. I do not sell illegal compounds nor can I supply anyone with a source for raw materials.
Its also important to note that when your taking ANY supplement with Ldopa/ velvet bean/ macuna puriens, you must not also take vit B6 or P5P.
There is a known drug interaction with these two. B6/P5P causes Ldopa to be metabolized outside the blood brain barrier which renders it inactive for our purposes.
Prolactrones primary purpose is to decrease Prolactin levels. Its just a happy accident that it kicks so much ass at increasing HGH levels.
In this study we see Ldopa administered concurrent with a decarboxylase inhibitor decreased Prolactin levels.
It also shows that in order for Ldopa to effectively reduce prolactin metabolism MUST happen in the brain.
This means that other supplements currently available which claim to inhibit prolactin DO NOT WORK.
Why? Because they contain vitb6 or P5P which increases metabolism outside the blood brain barrier rendering the supplement inactive.
In contrast, Prolactrone contains a strong decarboxylase inhibitor which prevents metabolism outside the blood brain barrier making Prolactrone the ONLY effective prolactin reducing supplement on the market...period.
Highlight 1. Ldopa suppresses prolactin.
2. The addition of carbidopa (a decarboxylase inhibitor similar to that which is in Prolactrone) further enhances the prolactin reducing effect.
3. Ldopa acts predominantly through the formation of dopamine in the hypothalamus, but inside the blood-brain barrier which requires the concurrent administration of a decarboxylase inhibitor.

Prolactin secretion in Parkinson disease.

Abstract
We studied the dopaminergic control of lactotroph cells in the anterior pituitary of parkinsonian patients and age-matched normal subjects. The resting levels of prolactin and the TRH-induced rise in prolactin were normal in Parkinson disease. 1. --Levodopa elicited a normal suppression of prolactin concentrations in parkinsonian subjects; the major abnormality to emerge was attenuation of the response to thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) in the parkinsonian patients following administration of Sinemet (levodopa plus carbidopa) or bromocriptine. These findings imply pathology of extrastriatal dopamine systems in Parkinson disease. 2. Since the addition of carbidopa enhanced the suppression of prolactin induced by levodopa, exogenous levodopa probably 3. acts predominantly through the formation of dopamine in the hypothalamus, but inside the blood-brain barrier, rather than as a direct effect of circulating dopamine on the anterior pituitary or areas of the hypothalamus outside the blood-brain barrier.
We developed this product to be used for reducing prolactin on cycle.....as it turns out it also increases hgh levels enough to warrant its use as an hgh supp. I have used it solo and it really does work well. Sleep improves in days and i start to lean out. A little extra strength and also recovery improves. In addition, because prolactin also drops there are positive sexual benefits such as increased libido and the potential for multiple orgasms similar to caber or prami.
