    Thanks for the reply. I am about 80% through my first bottle.

    What's a good rule on cycling on and off creatine? I've read some where that the body will stop making its own creatine if we don't cycle off of it.

    You will find that there are many people that believe that there is no reason to cycle and they will argue that until the end. I disagree! I recommend 3 months on and 1 month off. I have used this system for years, and find it superior to continuous use.
