    No2??

Hey has anyone tried out the new NO2 claims that
Extended Release Formula - 1500 mg
    Generates a "Perpetual Pump™"
    Amplifies Growth Signals
    Accelerates Fast-Twitch Strength
    Provides "Full-Body Recovery™"
    Increases Endurance Index
is it really as good as they make it seem probably not but were you impress with the results.i know its expensive but thats not a big deal to me.. If u've tried it i'd like to hear what u thought an if u'd recommend it to anyone , thanks

I found SportPharma's Nitroxide to be the same in terms of "experience" and about $10 less then most.

Honestly, I don't think or believe a muscle pump is going to make muscle or anything the label claims.

But it felt good, I was pumped up and excited to workout. So my attitude being on cloud-9 motivated me to push some bigger weights... which overloaded the muscles.. which has been proven to build muscle.

It's an expensive supplement for just giving you a pumped feeling. But hey.. whatever works. I'm sure you could get a motivating MP3 CD full of killer songs that would do the same.

I'd say Try It.. each person responds differently. And maybe you will like the feeling and be motivated. Or maybe it won't do crap for you. I like it.. but that's just my own, uneducated opinion.

I've used the stuff for a month

And I've found the pump there and a perceived increase in endurance and recovery time.

I tend to do higher reps and only switch to heavy weights for the last set.

    The jury is still out.

NO2 is a waste of money. Not only did my friend say that after trying it, but so did the guy SELLING it at GNC!! He said its good to increase blood flow and that's about it. Too many people rely on super supplements that will make you get huge and psyched up.

MDA1125 has the right idea..to get a great pump, alls you need is something to motivate you! Drink a cup of coffee and watch Rocky or the Braveheart fight scenes and then you'll be raring to go.

Or do what i do...get an mp3 player with Pantera, Slipknot and Metallica for your workouts and you're guaranteed to get a great pump. I just started taking 1-AD within a week ago and although that may have something to do with it, my whole training career "pre 1-AD" I have always gotten great pumps every time i lift (whether tired, hungover or ready to go...)

Find your own motivation...Its definitely the music that makes me want to rip someone's head off.

These products do not work - period. I experimented with NO2 (http://www.getno2.com/) and I will NOT ever use it or recommend it to anyone. It's way too expensive even as a simple placebo mechanism.

I am not too sure about N02 at this point. I have heard some ups and downs about it. And like most people said, if its merely for the pump feeling---I think its a waste. Most people know that the pump has not direct correlation with hypertrophy. And there is no way that I would spend that kind of money for a pump, lol.

Exactly, everyone is after that pump and if that is so, Arginine will do that exact thing. Much cheaper too

For those of you who like this product, you may also want to look into Myostatin inhibitors.

Also, I have a bridge for sale.
