    Super DMZ 2.0 TOUCHDOWN!

I was going to log this product for Blackstone, however, without having the time to get my number of posts up, I decided to just go ahead and order it for myself. I won't necessarily keep a "log" per se on here, but I'll update with how it's going in case anyone would like to follow.

Stats: 21 years old, been training for 5 years. 5'8'' 175 lb, 10% bf--> Looking to get up to a solid 190 within the next four and a half weeks!

I received the SDMZ today and I am going to start on Monday. Any last minute advice before I start?!? All I know is I can't wait to try this; hopefully it's as awesome as everyone has said it is

I had killer back pump once I got into week 2 so I upped water intake and that took care of the problem. Also try to stay away from alcohol not much sense in over taxing your liver, dont get me wrong one beer wont kill, also be sure to take your cycle supports. I take milk thistle, red yeast rice, hawthorn berry, and omega. I took mine 1 cap in the morning and 1 cap preworkout.

I'm looking to run it twice a day.. probably around 9 and 9. Taking with ACS and Anabolic Matrix as well.. PCT Ultra Male, ACS, and clomid. Also in PCT vitamin C to keep cortisol levels down. Taking fish oils 3 g/day, and have some DHEA in case of severe lethargy during. I can't wait to get this started!

Super dmz and 2.0 was one of the best things I took.
I took it with no support or pct and gains where still great. I lost 10 lbs but gained 20 lost a lot of size cause I didn't follow it up but the strength will stay Nd it is crazy!

Oh okay just supplements to help keep blood pressure in check...I thought maybe it was a new medication or something that people were using to control blood pressure while on...Thanx.

I had some different things come up so I actually haven't started it quite yet. Still been training hard and amped up the cardio the past week or so to try to be in really great shape entering the cycle then packing on the mass. I'm down to around 7.5% bf and still thinking about when to start this cycle. Either tomorrow or a week from tomorrow... Once I start I will definitely be posting my progress and how everything is going. Hoping for 15-20 pounds (up from around 170 to around 190) and keep 15 of them. Will keep you guys updated for sure.

The time has finally come and I couldn't be more excited. I'll be starting tomorrow.. taking anabolic matrix and SDMZ 2.0 in the morning at 8, take my 2 ACS at lunch, and take another matrix and SDMZ around 8 pm. Amped up PRO intake and lots and lots of water. Time to get big.

    Day 1: Starting weight: 169.0
Chest day. Had a real good morning lift. Drank a little over 1 gallon of water thus far... Have been feeling a little weird and have had a pounding headache all day. I'm sure some can be attributed to working 12-4:30 then having to rush to school because I had a midterm exam at 5:30, finished up around 6:45. I'm trying to keep myself full of both food and water. I can't wait to get in closer to the end of the week to start feeling some of these pumps everyone is going crazy about...

    Day 2: Starting weight 169.0
Back day. Lift was alright. The pounding headache from day 1 continued and still continues. My libido has hit rock bottom.

    Day 3: Starting weight 170.6.
Off day, still debating whether or not I want to do some cardio. I haven't felt like myself since I started taking it. Had a pounding headache, no libido, haven't been able to fall asleep or sleep through a night, body has been aching. I'm hoping it goes away here pretty soon because it's really starting to bother me.

Check your blood pressure. Sounds to me like its high. Superdrol is known to raise bp.

Other than the advanced cycle support, what are good ways to reduce blood pressure while taking the SDMZ?

The list for blood pressure vitamins & supplements is really long, but some of the more common ones are Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA), Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), Coenzyme Q-10, Calcium, Garlic, Vitamin C and probably the most common of all, Fish Oil. I tend to mega-dose fish oil while on cycle, 5-10g. I haven't seen any evidence suggesting that taking that much fish oil is any more effective then taking 3-5g, but I tend to error on taking too much, rather then too little with this one. This relatively cheap for containing 3 of the things I listed, Orbit Nutrition - Buy SciVation Essential-FA Cheap!. GLA, Fish Oil and Calcium. Just a recommendation.
