    Can anyone help?

    Hello, everyone.
I'm new to this site. Hopefully it turns out to be a decent place where it's easy to get help.
The reason I was looking for this place, (a couple reasons, actually..).. is because I need some information.
First of all, I recently came across a fat burning supplement called "Super HD" by Cellucor. I was wondering if it was a good boost to help speed up the process of fat burning. (Along with good diet and exercise.)
Second, I know it's probably not healthy, but I seem to be only consuming about 900 calories daily. (As i'm on my feet and active all day, I'm thinking i'm burning a little over 2,000. Possibly...2,300.)
It's hard for me to eat during the day because i'm so busy.
At that rate, how much weight/fat should I be losing if I continue eating like that, while minusing out soft drinks, alcohol, and junk food?
Thanks in advance for any and all answers given!

You should loose exactly 2.3lbs a day. Lol. There's no way to answer that question. I can tell you that you're going about this in a horrible way. Way to low on calories and not eating enough throughout the day. Keep your metabolism going by eating more often during the day. It's not just about the kind of food you put in your body, it's also about how often you fuel yourself. You're going to burn out quick.

That's what i've kinda thought... But, I've been an unhealthy eater for years and years. Only taking in that many calories daily. It's hard for me to change it.
But, I bought this supplement called "Super HD" by Cellucor. It supposedly helps in fat burning.
As I said, I don't care about weight. But as long as I can eliminate this body fat, i'll be good.

On work days, I usually will eat:
    breakfast at 6-something AM
    a snack (Apple) at 10:30am
Lunch (Small sandwich.. almost too small to be called a meal.. lol) at 12:15pm
    Snack (Apple) 2:30pm
    Then dinner, around 6-8pm..

to lose the body fat, up your calories and start adding in healthy fats! you should be nowhere near 900 cals daily, as your metabolism is probably f'in low!

check fitday and/or livestrong, to get a rough estimate of your BMR...

look into orbits large selection of protein powders as well, you'll need to up your protein intake and supplement to help you reach your goals, especially when on the go..

Based on your 900 daily cal you are probably burning muscle faster than fat. Get your protein up, shakes are quick and can be added throughout the day instead of water or soda. That is a good starting point IMHO. How are you put together right now height weight body fat age? What are your goals? Burn fat, build muscle, both?
I'll get there or Die trying...

Good news, you don't need any fat burning supplements.
Bad news, you need to grow up and learn how to take care of yourself.

No, you need to work smarter.
You got overweight by making bad decisions in your diet. Like soft drinks, alcohol, and junk food (hopefully fast food = junk food).
Now you want to starve yourself so you can lose fat rapidly. As stated before you'll probably burn out, but if you don't you'll be not only losing fat but muscle as well, which is not your goal. In the end, regardless of the results you will be no more wiser on how to properly manage your diet.
A young person that exercises and has a clean diet, will not be overweight.
"It's hard for me to eat during the day because i'm so busy" Really? So why are you fat?
Oh wait I know why. It's because of what you eat, not when you eat.
You don't need to count calories or take supplements. All you need is patience and a clean diet.

Def diet and training first. There are some good otc fat burners, but without the first two it won't matter. I am only 5'5 and was up to 291 three years ago and today hit 226!! Close to 70 lbs drop. I am still needing to drop 30 lbs so I'm always taking a hard look at my diet and seeing what needs tweaking. It will take time but it will pay off in the end. Check out this if you get time. Orbit Nutrition - Buy APS Phenadrine Cheap! Very effective and will have you sweating. GL

Bad decisions, yes. Soft drinks and alcohol, yes. Fast food, barely.
I will admit that I am ignorant at managing my diet, but fast food is not the cause.
I actually have been dropping weight over the years basically by doing nothing. But, I want to lose this fat quicker now. That's why i've been exercising.
But, the whole thing about not being able to properly manage my diet is from years, and years, of this same thing. I'm not counting calories. I just simply, one day, decided to see what my basic foods added up to be, out of curiosity. If you'll look up in the thread, at my comments, you'll see i've listed my daily food. Nowhere in it does it say anything about fast food. Because i've been able to control that.
But, seriously, in all honesty, keep up the talking you're doing. It's more motivation. (No, not being a smartass.)
Also, I never said anything about wanting to starve myself to lose fat rapidly. My daily food isn't me purposely starving myself for that reason. That's just been how i've been eating for years. I'm just not a big eater to begin with.

Good information. However, research shows that multiple meals don't really speed up you metabolism that much.

    Fat Burning Supplement

Fat burning supplements help a little but not that much. You end up burning approximately 80 calories a day more with most of them.

That means you would end up burning about a pound of fat a month (80 calories X 30 days = 2400 calories).

    Super HD

The foundation of Super HD (like all fat burning supplements) is caffeine.

You can purchase 100-200 mg caffeine tablets for about $10.

So, that means Super HD is designed to seperate you from you money.

    Super HD is EXPENSIVE caffeine.

You KNOW it not health but you keep doing it. Go sit in your room and think about that for a minute. I am kidding and serious.

    Swfl Called It

As Swfl said, at 900 calories a day you are burning muscle.

    Metabolic Damage

Another major factor is consuming 900 calories a day produces "Metabolic Damage".

You body learn to live on 900 calories a day. That means to lose weight, you'd need to drop you calorie intake below 900 calories a day. That is suicidal.

    Take Time or Make Time

The number one mantra for those too lazy to Do The Right Thing is, "I am too busy or I don't have time."

You MAKE time for things you like to do.

You DON'T have time for the things that you don't want to do or are NOT important enough to you.

Plan Your Work, Work Your Plan

What you stated is the whining is easier than actually planning your diet and preparing you meals/snacks and making time for your nutrition.

    Successful People

One of the primary characteristics of Successful People is the MAKE time for things they don't want to do but need to do to make them successful.

There is a direct corrletion between work and success.

    900 calories a day for a 22 yr old 5'8 180lb man is starving.
Listing breakfast and dinner is not listing your daily food and could mean anything, including fast food.
You said you wanted to lose weight faster, but just bodyfat, ahhh forget it, negged for being a troll.

Do as much research as you can about how to safely loose weight. After that make a solid plan and execute. Don't stray because you're only cheating yourself and pushing your goals further away. It won't happen over night so don't get discouraged. Take before pics then every 3 months so you can see your progress. Most people can't tell the progress they make until its dramatic because you see yourself daily.
