    Protein powder

    Which protein powder would you guy's reccomend, Muscle Provider or Optimum Whey? I am currently using Designer Whey Glycerlean, but am looking for different options when I run out.

    MP from BI is awesome as well as procomplex from ON.different types of proteins have there place throught the day. but MP as DG said is very good
