Visceral Help
Hello- I need some supplement help with eliminating visceral fat stores. I can't supply any BF% numbers, but from past experience a reasonable guess says I am at near 20%. I am 60 yrs. old, 6', 218 lbs. I eat clean, relying on Salmon and chicken breasts for protein and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. For supplements, I use whey protein powder, iForce products: Fish Oil, Athletic Vitamin & Mineral, Heart Help, and TT-33.
I go to the gym 6 days a week and work hard on the weights for 1 hr. at a time. 25% of the gym time is done with cardio.
My routine is Chest/ Back, Legs, Shoulders/ Arms- Legs, Chest/ Back, Shoulders/ Arms with Abs done M-W-F. Sunday is rest day. I walk for an hour every evening.
2 yrs. ago I had a complete physical and my triglycerides were elevated, to the point that the Dr. was thinking about a pill. That's when I cut the saturated items from the diet by a big margin. Still cheat a bit once in a great while, though.
Back at the turn of the century, I used a lot of the over the counter prohormones in intelligent cycles, but obviously, Georgie ruined that for us.
I need some suggestions for a 'magic pill' that will greatly accelerate transforming this visceral fat store.
Thanks for any help... by the way, Supplement Peddler's need not respond- I would like input from people who have actually solved the same condition.
Again, Thanks!

Try upping your fat intake, look into avocados, nut/butter sources
and you can always manipulate your carb days into with occasional refeeds as well
I'm not gonna recommend a load of supps, but adding in some Applied Nutriceuticals 7-Keto
can help as well; doesnt hit too hard but does a nice job of dropping some additional fat

Thanks, 'packers6211', yeah, 'tis Orbit I deal with. I have been thinking about trying some Ostanish, too. That is if Elite ever gets some more in stock. Have also been thinking about trying iForce Dexaprine- Orbit, by far, has the best prices around on iForce products. :coffee:

Check your hormone levels. You would definetly benefit from TRT. That's my guess and as t goes up so does quality of life and bf decreases.

Yeah, that's what I am thinking, too. Thanks!
