4AD question
If someone was to choose to go with a One+ cycle, is the amount of 4AD sufficient to or better than going with a straight up 1AD and 4AD cycle? I know that you want to have some 4AD to help with libido issues and gyno, but are the amounts of 4AD in One+ enough? If this isn't enough 4AD, would you want to take the One+ with some 4 Aderm also? Your help would be appreciated. Thanks

The amounts of 1-test and 4/ad in one+ are appropiate for each other! BTW, 4/ad doesn't help with gyno.............it may make it worse if you are prone to it as it does aromatise. 1-test does not.

if you are worried about gyno you can drop the 4/ad and just go with avant's "one"
