I'm Kiran from India..A rookie at bodybuilding.I'm very skinny and about 5ft 5 inches tall and i'm 19 yrs old. I heard from one of my friend that Bodybuilding in few cases might increase height.Is it true? He said in some cases,Taking a whey protein containing growth harmone would increase in bone and muscle development and aid in height growth too.Is it true?. Also which is the best and affordable whey protein for a starter with good protein content?.I'm very skinny and i get little time to exercise.So is there any whey protein that is recommendable for me?. Wow, not it's not true. Neither lifting weights or whey protein will make you taller. There is a pill that will make you taller, but I don't know where you can find it. Go ask Alice, I think she'll know.
