Does any serious trainer recommend this herb to naturally boost testosterone, or is this BS?

Does it have the same effect as say T-injections, patches, or Androgel, where your body stops producing as much after a while because it's getting it via artificial means?
What exactly is the science behind this stuff?

No....it's herbal. Just gets your body naturally producing more over a period of time. Not dramatic, but it does help. Mainly helps with libido.

Tribulus is an herb that is supposed to stimulate LH production, which in turn increases test production.
I'm very sceptical of tribulus. There is almost no research supporting the idea that it boosts testosterone. Some research has come to the conclusion that it doesn't.

if it did in fact stimulate LH, then yes is would increase T levels, but that is the part that lacks evidence.Originally posted by Twin Peak
Trib does not boost endogenous T levels.
