USPlabs, the maker of the DMAA-containing sports supplement Jack3d, has received a warning letter over drug claim violations and GMP deficiencies, the Food and Drug Administration confirmed Friday.

USPLabs can't catch a break.

Sad but the dont like supp companies making any claims.

The GMP violations are concerning. Not even testing the raws they get from China before manufacturing the product is risky for the consumer. Would barely wipe my ass with those Chinese manufacturer's COAs, that's how worthless they are.

They are not cited for gmp. Its for there claims on the product.
