It works and works well. Many users report excellent feedback, though the most frequent use (as is the case with me) is after a prohormone cycle, to help elevate endogenous T levels.
Pat Arnold (Ergo) paid for an "independent" study (make of that what you will). The researcher/university found found that estrogen levels were lowered by about 1/3 (if memory serves) and test levels doubled (but remained in the normal physiological levels -- I.e. not supraphysiological, like you would get from exogenous T administration).
So what can you expect? You can expect that your body will respond, and act as if you have superior genes, such as a true mesomorph would (i.e. more easily gain LBM, more esily lose BF).
You will not have miraculous results and it is a bit pricey.
Acne is a frequent side.
