Sincerely i have tried many whey protein supplements but i am not sure whether it did anything for me. right now i am getting better results with no supplements BUT a very healthy and strict diet. Creatine is also useless just bloats you with water and is bad for kidneys. . The only thing that probably helped was BCAA Aminocore by allmax nutrition.
right now i only take vitamin C, fish oil , and magnesium. i take also arginnine from time to time + VERY good diet
I've used so many protein powders and drinks it would take a decade to find them all lol. But with in the last three years, Orbit Nutrition - Buy Muscle Pharm Combat Powder Cheap! has been my g2 along with Myofusion. Combat mixes easy and the taste is always enjoyable. Creatine wise I still believe mono is tops however this one have me some good recovery and strength increase Orbit Nutrition - Buy Finaflex (Redefine Nutrition) Crea-Trona Cheap!
How many scoops /pills did you take per day? What did you gain? What did you keep?
Off of combat and creatona along with lean meat diet, I put on around 15 lbs of lean mass in couple months. I feel a lot better when i stick with a regime for creatine but some times I'll cycle off.
I'm a big fan of good old creatine mono, but CREignite is a pretty good looking creatine product. It combines mono with MCC and Orotic Acid, for maximal ATP production and reserves. Genomyx CREignite (30 Servings).
Dear Newbie,
Best protein power is isolate, because it doesn't have extra calories and very little GI stress. Results? Do you think protein powder is an anabolic that is going to give you quick gains? Whether you are getting the protein from your regular diet or a shake the results are the same. Protein powder is about convenience, not gains.
This question is equally misguided. Creatine is not some anabolic that is going to give you quick gains. Some cheap creatine can give you alot of water weight gains, which can mislead you into thinking that it's actual muscle gain. Results, creatine gives me a little boost in training and maybe an extra rep. This extra boost in the long run might lead to extra muscle mass but it's not possible to measure.
Anybody that knows anything about nutrition would not use this crap.
Good Post PushandPull.
He is spot on. Personally I like a protein shake with natty PB for breakfast and before bed. It makes getting ready in the morning quicker. I personally like a custom egg white/hemp/Isolate blen from True Nutrition, but Myofusion is my favorite regular protein.
Creatine is nice for a little extra endurance if you train hard and long, if not don't wast your money.
