    Protein broken down = aminos

    Aminos = $$$

    You will also find that a serving of amino acids in tablet form only give you 500mg-2.2 grams or so, not very bang for the buck.

    taking aminos was a big fad in the 80's, it's much more cost effective to use whey protein.

    Try Beverly Mass Amino. I would not use any ohter brand on the market. The Amino Nitrogen/ Total Nitrogen rating average is 15% on the market. This is useless for building muscle. Mass Amino's rating is 49.6%. Also, Mass has a higher amount of Hydrolysates than any whey protein on the market. A protein powder would taste like crap if it contained the amount of hydrolysates as mass.
