There are differing opinions on whether to load ...it's been discussed here before so try a search to see what people think. Peronally I don't load.....just take 1 tsp. (4-5 grams) once per day...post workout works best IMO. Take it with your shake...ideally carbs and protein.

but you don't need to.Spliting the doses is fine;I usually split them and it works just fine.
