Hello. Brand new to this board. I have enjoyed reading all the posts so far and thought I'd jump in since I have a few questions.
How do YOU use San V12? I love the product and have seen good results, but I may not be seeing the best. I use it as directed-1 scoop in the morning and about 8 hours later, 1 scoop 30 min. BEFORE workout. Would it be better to use it after a workout? Do you have to wait 8 hours between uses or could I use it 30 min. before workout and then right after? (like I did regular creatine). All opinions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
I have been using this product for several months now and think it is excellent. Personally I don't think it is necessary to use it more than once per day. I use a level scoop 1st thing in the morning on off days and a heaping scoop right after training on training days.
There is no real need to seperate the doses by 8 hours if you choose to use it 2 x per day, however, I don't know if you'll notice much difference in your progress if you change your schedule.
If you'd like to try it, then change to right before and right after your workout for a few weeks and see how you look/feel. Maybe you will be pleasantly suprised. However, I still think that once per day is fine (and I weigh well over 200 lbs).

I have been using it in place of creatine. I saw some OK gains on regular creatine, but I wasn't getting the same results I am getting from V 12. San V12 and Swole are touted as products for those of us who are creatine "non-responders". After taking V 12 and feeling the lasting "pump", more energy during workouts, and a feeling of full muscles I won't go back to regular creatine. I am just trying to find a better way to use V 12.
