    Blood work

How often do you have your blood taken and tested to keep track of your glucose, protein, liver enzymes, etc?

    Nobody!!!!!

Seems to me that with all the concoctions we pour into our bodies, we would want to know what 's going on inside.
I have a blood profile done every six months unless I see somethig that needs attention. Then I will make a correction and have it checked again in two months.

Looking healthy and "being" healthy go hand in hand.

    Don't you think?

I believe it's more an issue of convenience and expense. Then again, those who have the cash to purchase steroids, etc. probably don't have a cash flow problem that would deter them from having lab work done.
