stay away from celltech! muscletech is a company that uses bogus studies touting their products as "19 times more effective than creatine" to sell overpriced items to teenagers and newbies. i recomend optimmum creatine, i mix it with gatorade, but mixing it with grape juice is good. if you still want a pre mixed delivery system, then i recomend champion nutrition's creatine xtreme-same stuff as cell tech, half the price. if you do choose to take cell tech, two scoops a day spaced out evenly for 5 days, a half scoop a day afterwards-your body only absorbs around 5 grams a day of creatine, the extra just puts stress on your kidneys.

and as far as cycling creatine goes, its highly debated, you should search for "cycle" or "creatine cycling" to get people's opinions on this topic.

"You don't have to be a mathematician to realize that a task this size can't be accomplished by doing 3 or 5 total sets per body part. The body's of these modern bodybuilders who are seduced into following an old-fashioned- theory of training under the guise of a new scientific approach to bodybuilding will surely be lacking. It takes a minimum of 4 or 5 exercises to train each main bodypart , at least 3 exercises for the smaller ones and this can add up to a total of 20 sets"-Arnold Schwarzenegger
