Question Which multi-vitamin do you use?

Just wondering what you all use. I like Optimum products, but I keep hearing good things about AST's multi-vit (32-X or something like that). Any suggestions?

GNC Mega Men. Kind of expensive, but covers all the bases.

    A Basic Generic Brand..."Exact" ... it's the generic brand from Loblaw's.

Sometimes I buy Centrium too...IMO there is absolutely no reason to spend the extra money to get products such as those from GNC, Universal packs, etc.
    Searching for the right balance...
