Recommendation please for fat burner
Thought i posted this already but cant find the thread. damn internets at work
So confused as this is my first cut. Dont know whats good, whats bad, if any of its good, all of its bad?
5'7 age 36 162lbs now. Bulked from 135lbs. 20.4% body fat.
Have a lot of fat to burn because I think i bulked too long and not so clean. Eating a defecit of 300 calories per day but its going slow and i feel like im always hungry now so i cant cut more calories right now. I feel like i need assistance
On top of that i want something that will give me an energy boost in the gym. I find the lack of food is harder on me than i would have originally thought
