in about a week i am going to start taking 1-ad for 25 day.
the first 15 days im going to take 300mg a day, the next 5 days i was going to take 100mg twice a day then take on serving of 6-oxo, followed by 5 days of 100mg a day and 1 serving of 6-oxo twice a day. after that i will take 3 servings of 6-oxo. this will be my first time taking it and i just want to make sure that i do it correctly. ive tried to read as much info on the two supps and just wanted another opinion on this cycle or if i should just take 300 mg a day for the 25 days then start post cycle. thanks again for any advice. alright i was reading in another thread they ask for someones stats before he started a cycle so heres mine:
im almost 20 5'10" 160lbs arms 14" max dumbbell curls 40lbs 7 reps chest, dont know, max bench 190lbs waist 32" legs dont know now before you say i should diet better i have my diet down pretty well. i started really working about out a year and a half ago and was only 125lbs, scrunny, i know, i workout hard and always make sure to get enough rest and have been stuck at these stats for a while. so i hope this might help and any advice is greatly appreciated. |

ok ive done some more reading on prohormones and found what i need to to to see results but i still have not been able to find if the cycle i mentioned above would be ok if anyone might know let me know, thanks

ok so noone seem to know, well im gonna start in a week and a half because i havent recieved my shipment yet and i let everyone how it work. but if anyone has any comments on this cycle let me know Thanks.

The idea when cyling, is get on, get off. Dont yo-yo your levels.
If it takes x amount of substance to affect natural test levels, and estrogen levels are raised - then lowering the level of your substance at the end of the cycle only serves to empty the wallet. Your estrogen levels being raised will offset some of the substances benefit, and you wouldn't be taking enough to have any benefit. Get on, get off - post cycle, "clean period," rinse and repeat. |

ok thanks Mudge and Prince. I'm just going to use one botle of 1-AD at 300mg a day for 20 days then, i just want to see how well my body responds to it, does anyone know if it will be ok to take 100mg early morning and then 200mg in the afternoon before i work out. i was going to take 300mg spread out at 3 diferent times but i read somewhere not to take within 4 hours of when you go to sleep. also does any one think i will see any results. im not looking for anything amazing out of this cycle just maybe a couple of lbs and again to see how well my body responds before i start using it for longer with other ph's.
