    creatine scare

    ok, ive been taking optimum creatine powder for about 6 weeks. today i switched over to champion creatine xtreme. in the last week ive been getting diarrea after taking it and today i had red tinted shit. i thought i read somewhere that this is a sign of trouble. am i dehydrating or what?
    back for the first time....

    probably taking too much at a time. take smaller doses and see if that helps.

    Yeah you do only absorb 5-7 grams a day during your maintanence phase depending on your size. but the creatine i was using then had no measuring scoop to be exact. I am now using one with a measuring scoops and everything is back to normal
