Hydroxy Phase+ consume
I?ve bought Max?s Hydroxy Phase+ Protein Powder (3kg pack) yesterday. But I?ve some doubts about consume method. Begin here I mention some information about me.
I?m just start to workout (Beginner)
I?m 21 years old , weight 56kg (not a fat guy)
I prefer to take this supplement as 2 times per day.
Usually, I work out 3 days per week.
So, I need to know following things,
1. How many days I want to take this?
2. Should I take this only for workout days (after workout) ?
I'm not sure if you need this product actually. It's not a product that is going to do much for you. I would just stick with Whey protein and BCAAs and creatine to start. This is really your staple everyday products. They really work well overall. I would confine to use these first and then see what's going on after. That's what I would do. Good luck to you.
