1Test=worthwhile alone for minimal side effects and staying lean?
Hello, I am a lurker who finally decided to post. Some vital stats, I am 30 years old male, 5' 8" 170lbs with ~7% bodyfat, 30" waist. I had previously worked out for 8 years, stopped for 3 years, than decided to get back into shape. I went from 187 with 18-19~ bodyfat in January to current weight/bf (thanks Muscle memory).
Anyway right now I am doing 50/20/30 split of pro/carb/fat in 5-6 meals. Supplementing right now with creatine/ whey/ flax oil and occasional I supplement with E/C.
I am interested in putting some more muscle on (shooting for 180lbs), however since it is summer and I just came off being fat, I don't really want to put on any more fat. So bulking up (at least during the summer) is out for now. Also I dont want to get a bloated appearance that is a possible side effect of some other pro hormone.
So my question is 1-test transdermal effective enough, and mild enough with side effects to warrant trying for 1 cycle? Or is it pretty minimal when not stacked with other prohormone. From what I have read, 1-test seems to fit what I am looking for most closely, however I have no experience with any prohormone (or anabolic steroid). Also another concern for me is that I have had problems with acne in the past, and I read that any side effect that you are prone to will be worsened by a pro-hormone.
1-test can be taken alone although it is generally not reccomended. 1-test alone can easily add 6-8 pounds of muscle. Some people experience better gains. This all depends on the person. There will be sides to watch for such as lethargy, loss of libido, and possible DHT sides. I am currently on a 1-test only cycle(not transdermal) and am having great gains.
You can do a 1-test only cycle and get good results. It will generally lean you up, as it supports more calories. Just don't go heavy on the dosage and you won't get lathargy or any other side too bad!
