    Optimum Nutrition new Whey Protien

I just got some information on ON's new 100% ANY WHEY protien. You can use it with just about any food. Supposedly it is bland w/o any taste so it mixes well with just about anything. You can cook with it or mix it straight in with just about any recipe and boost the protien content of that food by 17% (if I remember right). Cooking at high temps for long periods of time will lessen the protien value but w/o a taste it may be worth the cost. I went to the ON website and couldn't find a price but I did order my free sample. It also comes with a recipe "book". When I get it I'll have to try it and I'll let you know how it is.

Haven't cooked with it but take it in drinks.Very easy to digest, light. Most protein powders are too heavy with gum etc.I'd say you made a good choice.I'm sure it goes well with instant oatmeal.
