    Question Gatorade and Creatine

Theoretically I would think mixing Gatorade with Creatine would help with absorption. However, I have never tried it because it seems like it may have adverse effects in some way. What do you guys think?

I did it for four weeks and gained six pounds of mass and much strength on all lifts. It may not be the best thing to mix it in but its better than water and it works.

i believe sugar can help ensure better creatine absorptiion (due to an insulin spike)
but other than that, u can drink it with anything, although don't take it with ascorbic acid (vit C), it corrupts it
check the gatorade ingrediants, if theres no vit c, ur good to go
    go team

it HAS TO BE the powdered kind. The bottled kind does not have the key ingrediant you are looking for to make it work and that is Dextrose.
