    Hydroxycut

    Hello, i am looking for a supplement to help me get rid of the layer of fat around my stomach so my abs can have a little more definition, i was looking at hydroxycut, beta3 or xenadrine and suggestions, thanks

    OK, first thing someone here is going to ask, So I will...

    1 What is your diet like (suggest you post it in a journal or here)

    2 What kind of exercise do you get (training or cardio)
    Where there is smoke, there is not enough lubrication!

    With Ephedra being taken out of all these products, I'm not sure how effective they will be. And Lean is right. Diet is way more important. You can take fat burners everyday, but if diet is not right, it won't help.

    quick question

    if i still have a chance to grow a couple of more inches is there any possible way that Hyroxycut can stunt my growth.

    hydroxycut wont stunt ur growth

    get lipo 6 it works!!!
    add in 10 mg of ephedrine a day and ur good to go

    Check out Metabolic Fuel at www.senutrition.com they have an ECA stack that will increase energy for workouts and accelerate fat loss. try it, it works ....been taking it for a while now
