    Question Energy+Fat Burner??

For some reason it seems like I am always tired. I'm looking for a little energy booster and I figure it might as well help burn fat too. Anyone have any good suggestions? I only want ephedra free though. What about Fitness Labs Diet Stack or Lean System 7?

Why are you worried about ephedra....personally I find "Red Rockets" work well for energy and as an appetite suppresant....and they're relatively inexpensive.....IMO stay away from the expensive brands...especially anything by Muscletech (i.e. Hydroxycut)

BTW if you find your energy is low the first thing you should do is evaluate your nutritional habits as well as the amount & quality/regularity of sleep you're getting.

I'm sorry and maybe I'm just naive but what are "red rockets". So you wouldn't recommend Fitness Labs Diet Stack?

They're made by a company out of Tampa, Florida called GEN-X.

In Canada I pay about $40-45 for 180 servings (180 caps)....to give you an idea...we pay about $45 for a 60 serving (120caps) bottle of Ripped Fuel by Twinlab.

Not sure if you know or not but in Canada all of these products have to be purchased "under the table" since they've been banned for several years.
