ECA refresher course....

Was it the combination of ECA and increased body temp., say, due to hot/humid weather or ECA and high intensity training that was considered dangerous. I've been considering the use of an ECA product 3 times a day, (since I'm no longer sitting on my butt in an office all day) However, I'm concerned about using it while working in relatively hot (>=90*) conditions. |

Ephedra will increase body temp as well as increased heart rate. This is why you need to watch it if you work outside in warm conditions!!

It'll knock up your BP also, and act as a slight diuretic, so drink plenty of water and ease into it and up dose gradually.

Got ya.
Actually I should have phrased the question differently. I'm familiar with the potentially negative effects when mixed with HIIT. My main concern was exposure to heat while performing moderately demanding tasks....working, light lifting, etc. I've only been taking a half a dose thus far just to gauge the effects. I'll go full dose tomorrow. I may address this in the Leptigen II journal as well.......re: interaction/neg. effects w/ Lep., etc. Thanks. |
