i am also about to start taking 1-ad i was going to start it yesterday but now have stiches in my head so i have to wait. this will also be my first cycle i am going to take 300mg for 20 days one tab at 9 or 10am and two tabs at 4pm. I read that 1-ad may cause insomnia if taken close to when you sleep, but i dont know from personal experiance.
I aslo had a ? for people who have used 1-ad. does it matter if i take my larger dose for the day before or after i workout, will i see better results taking it one way rather than the other?
You want to keep your blood levels constant. To do this you need to evenly spread the dosage out through the 24 hr period. I've never heard of 1-ad causing sleep deprevation. I always take it before bed to keep blood levels up during the night.

its like i said i dont know personaly its only something i read in the faq's for 1-ad on ergopharm.net. but i guess not alot of people have reported this side effect. and thanks for the info ill spred it out to three doses
why don't you take the 4-Ad transdermal about 30 minutes before your workout to ensure high test levels for workout. I just would'nt take a shower after your workout, take it before and then put your transdermal on and leave it on, if your workout is in the evening that is. Thats what I did and the 4-Ad helped my energy levels for the gym. I also put it on first thing in the morning. As far as 1-AD goes I took mine evenly, 4 pills spread throughout the day. I went up to 5 pills on week 2 though then back down to 4 for weeks 3 and 4.
eat first, and it is always a good idea to have a little fat in the meal to help the prohormone obsorb. I like to take flax seed oil.
I tried takeing the 1-AD on an empty stomach once, it gave me some bad cramps.
It does not matter what time you workout. Hormones should not be fluctuating. The transdermal is slowly released so I do not see how it could provide instant energy, but then again I could be wrong.
