    The Next Step

    I am currently in the process of losing 80 pounds from 110 originaly. I am lifting weights doing cardio and would like advice for the next products to use for cutting fat.

    My ladder is;

    1. Natural no supplements (110-80)

    2. Supplements (80-50)

    3. Supplements lite Pharm (50-30)

    4. Medium Pharm Medium Supplements (30 to PAYDAY!)

    I have decent mucle underneath this flab I am sure I will lose much of it though. I will come back for building advice after I am finished with the first project.

    Trinsdad,
    I highly recommend that you start supplements right away. Assuming that you are already on a 6x meal per day regimen here is my recommendation:
    1) Multi species protein powder for 1-2 meals per day (believe me you need this option for convenience)
    2) Multi Vitamin
    3) An essential Fats supplement (Like Udo’s choice flax http://www.florahealth.com/flora/hom...980.asp#R67980 or even Atkin’s Essential Oils). This is a biggie. Taking in high quality EFAs will really help make you feel full and give all manner of fat burn benefits and other benefits.
    4) L-Glutamine – Buy in bulk 1Kilo buckets rather than expensive 1 gm pills (EAS has a good price point on this). Different opinions on dosages and effectiveness but I go 5 gm first think after wakeup, 5 gm post workout and 5 gm before bed.
    5) Since you are starting a new transformation coming off a more sedentary life style I recommend that you go ahead and buy some glucosamine/chrondrotin to help with the joint/ligament health/recovery since they will be complaining as soon as you start going heavy and putting more tension on your skeletal system.
    6) Might want to start phasing in Creatine but be careful of the sugary delivery systems since its to screw up your fat loss program and you will need to balance the muscle gain/recovery by the sugar insulin spike negative on fat loss . EAS has a good product that uses a synthetic factor (less sugar than most) to spike insulin up to deliver the stuff into your muscle. Its called SyntheVol™ 2 HP http://www.eas.com/products/product_...productName=84 .
    – but there are new products all the time coming to market.
    You can do other things from here like additional anti-oxidants, CLA etc. Be happy to talk to you about where you can buy online for cheep.

    Good luck.
