I take Whey twice a day ( breakfast and after workout at night )

and Creatine about 15 grams a day.

How do you take them to get the best results?

to much creatine dude you only need 5grams a day! you will cramp up and your piss will scortch the inside of your urethra. You can only absorb 5gm, 7 max. Even ten would be acceptable, but 15 is too much

Your fine. The dose you're taking was recommended for loading, right? I usually take 15-20g a day when loading. I wouldn't worry about it.
