Creatine while on PH's?

I was just wondering if anyone has opinions on using Creatine with PH's. I'll be getting my One+ today and figured I should look into it. I know the 4AD will cause some water retention. Is there any point in using Creatine, too?

The water from creatine is intra-cellular. This makes for a better environment for muscle to grow and would make the PH more effective. The water from 4-ad would be between skin and muscle. That is why it makes you look puffy. It hides definition.

They're completely unrelated.

Creatine is used in ATP, so yes use them both if you want.

Why don't you start loading it in the last week of your PH that way the creatine will kick in before the PH leave your system and you should be able to retain more from the cycle.
