    Cool

Why use an egg supplement when you can use the real thing, "natural eggs". I use a good whey product which yields about 45-50 grams in one glass. I take that in the afternoon.
The morning I eat about 7 hard boiled egg (whites only). Then during the evening I try to eat protein enriched foods. I weigh 230 so of course I try to consume 230 grams a day. Sometimes I find that to be very hard to do though. Your body can only absorb approximately 50 grams every 2-3 hours to my understanding. So as long as long as your getting your body weight daily you should be ok. But again, I try to consume as much natural proteins as possible.

    Just my 2 cents...

yes Healthy n fit makes egg protein, but ive never tried it, but two other company's egg product i have tried are Beverly's brand as well as Optimum Nutritions.Bev is costly but i do believe you get what you pay for ''Qaulity" as well as O/N. and yes it digest a little slower then whey. theres a thread somewhere where we discussed digestion rates of proteins.

    Big Balla,

Not sure what the exact fat and cholesterol profile is on the 7 egg whites. But to my understanding, the heart of the cholesterol is in the yoke. This is why you get rid of it. The whites only are a great source of protein with low fat content.

    Tank,

I don't mind that you use it, but asking first is a nice gesture
After all, I had to stay up all night just thinking about the perfect signature for this chat room
