    That is what 6-oxo does!

    Back/Bi's day today.

I only managed about 6 and half hours of sleep this morning, and I began my workout only about an hour after I woke up.

The Lat Pulldowns and the barbell rows proved to be difficult today. I just wasn't feeling it at all, so I had a lot of difficulty. Once I hit the seated rows, however, I started to get going. The arms routine was extremely intense today, but the poundages have yet to go up.

As of right now I don't think I've noticed a thing yet, aside from a little bit of an extra pump and a few small pimples on my shoulders.

Yeah, I'm still doing three pills per day. I might go up to four a day for my second bottle, but we'll see how things are by then.

I think 6 pills a day is the common dosage.

Alright a bit of an update.

I'm still taking three pills a day and I've increased my calorie intake quite a bit...

Today was triceps day...if anything I was weaker than the last triceps workout But it's still only been 9 days since I started taking my cycle.

I have a slight increase of acne on my face and back. It's a bit bothersome, but it's nothing to get too concerned about.

I think I might increase my dosage a bit starting next week.

My bodyweight is up two pounds and I haven't noticed any difference in leaness(if that's even a word.)

At 9 days you should notice a difference!

    Yeah, you're telling me.

I noticed a difference for chest/shoulders and for biceps/back though. So all is well in the world.

Today I decided to do some deadlifts.

I think my sets went something like this:

    135 x 10
    185 x 6
    225 x 6
    285 x 3
    315 x 2
    335 x 1
    375 x 1

375 is my new personal record, and i felt that it went up damn strong. i did some leg curls, calf raises and abs, also. all felt very very good. i think the stuff is startin to kick in!

    Alright...Chest Day today.

I passed my failure test again today. I felt strong at the very beginning of my workout, but I lost some steam, and I lost it fast. I think that has to do with the bigger poundages being lifted at the beginning of my workout.

I've noticed a slight decrease in bodyfat, and the scale tells me that I've gained two pounds.

    Good stuff so far.

Alright guys, a little update for you.

I've upped my dosage to 500 mg a day. For those of you who don't know, that's 5 pills. I normally take two with breakfast, two with my mid afternoon meal, and one with dinner. Last night I didn't take it until right before bad, and I couldn't sleep. It was pretty bad/frustrating, but that's my own fault.

As for side effects: I've had a bit of pain in my testicles upon urination, but nothing to write home about. I've been lethargic as hell, but that is to be expected. The acne isn't too bad, but it's definitely noticeable. I've had a racy heart a few time in the gym, but it's tough to tell if that has anything to do with the 1-AD.

As for lifting/body composition: I've put on three pounds. As it appears, three solid pounds. I weigh myself on the same scale, at the same time of day, and after eating the exact same food, everyday. I think my bodyfat has dropped a bit, but it has been steadily dropping since I began my diet, so again, I don't know if the 1-AD has anything to do with that. I can see veins in my lower abs.... Pretty freakish for me.

...On Friday I deadlifted 385. That's up ten pounds from last week. I also did 315 for a triple. I've never done that before. This week I'm going to take 315 to failure and see what happens. Today I bench pressed. Last week I did 185 for 3 during my failure test. This week I did 190 for 4. Clearly stronger there. Most of my weights have been going up fairly steady, but then again they have since I began training again a couple months back.

So far so good I suppose!

As for trying 4-AD...I thought about it, but for my first cycle I think it's best to just stick to 1-AD for now. I'm not going to cycle often, and I'm going to bust my ass to keep the gains I make while draining my pockets on this stuff.

I'll gladly answer any questions when I get the time.

    Edit: About my sex drive.....Gone.
