Red face Protein and things

okay heres it is. ive used nitro-tech before and it was good, tho i ran out a while ago. i was gonna get the same until i noticed prolab advanced whey. both say they are a blend of whey concentrate and isolate, both have glutamine blend/peptides (different name same thing i assume?) but dont say how much, and they each have roughly the same amount of protein. Price is within $15aud of each other. These are the only 2 available that ive found that have whey isolate, besides prolab 100% whey isolate but thats even more expensive; and ive used a supplement that was just whey concentrate before and it gave me problems (gas & cramps). I never had any problem with nitro-tech and firstly was wondering if anyone has used prolab advanced whey and if its alright? Secondly, ive been reading in other posts that glutamine is good to use aswell; would a protein supplement contain a sufficient amount? Thanks very much.

Here are some more whey isolate choices...

1-VPX Zero Carb protein
2-AST VP2
3-Syntrax Nectar
4-AllTheWhey

These are all top notch, although Pro Lab puts out an excellent product as well, as does Cytodyne, Optimum, Labrada, and Next Proteins.

As far as glutamine goes, if you are a very dedicated trainee I would make sure to take 5 g of glutamine before and after each weight training session on top of the protein drinks.
