What flavors? I find those to be very filling and take some EFFORT to eat. I usually keep a glass of water close by.

I've had thier fudge and cookie dough before, they are good enough that I'd eat them with coffee more than I should have so I dont buy them anymore. I think each bar was something like 700g? I forget, but they were fairly beefy in weight.

The malted milkball flavor tasted like sheetrock, but as a meal definately did the job......and at .25 each, I wasn't complaining too much.

Malted milkballs in a bar? I dont know that I'd like that even if it was the real deal LoL, in a way that reminds me of Charleston Chew though, hmm.

I was at a mountain bike championship race a couple of years ago and there was a Met-Rx vendor tent. They were giving away entire bars for free. I walked away with 5 or 6 freebies. Not bad at $2.50 or so a pop.

I got mine from www.nutritionexpress.com I dont recall what I payed, it was around a year or so ago, they sure were treats though.
