Creatine

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
When should it be taken, is loading necassary and how much per day?

I just finished a container and didnt notice sh*t. I was taking it in the morning when my blood/sugar levels where at the lowest. I was only taking 5g per day. There was days when i missed it a couple times, is that why i didnt notice any gains. Also, i heard alcohal and caffeine neutralize the effect of creatine. true?

Im taking the GNC one. its flavoured. does it still work as good as the pure monohydrate(the chalky tasting stuff)

responses much appreciated

If you load it seems to bring results faster. The best way I have found is right before and right after my workout. I have never tried the gnc one, but from using other products I would say there are better brands on the market. You should take it on your off days also. ast-ss.com has a good Q&A you should check out.

How many servings are in "a container." It will take about a month to acheive full muscle satuaration without a loading phase. With a loading phase, you will be fully saturated by the time you complete the loading phase. How long did it take you to finish this container? I take creatine immediately after a workout, GNC is probably overpriced. Go to http://www.1fast400.com and purchase some Optimum Nutrition Creatine powder. This creatine will not have a chalky taste. You should take your creatine in something that raises insulin levels. Grape juice works very good, because it contains dextrose. Is your GNC creatine just flavored or does it have sugars in it to help deliver the creatine?

back for the first time....
