1-Test 100 Ether

I'm currently on a cycle of this (60 pills - 2 a day)

Once getting off i've been told to take a supplement called estroclear.
This product is supposed to (i guess) make estrogen not go up and produce bitch tits...>

IS this true? Or a company just trying to make an extra 70 bucks?

Estrogen goes up automatically, it sounds like it might be a suppressor, problem is suppresing estrogen does nothing to restoring test levels - thats what LH is for. This one sided approach to recovery is not uncommon though.

But since I dont know the product, guessing by name is worthless.

Or will it drop down to very low, and not produce anymore?

Natural test goes down when replaced by an external source. Cycles are short to avoid complete shut down.

If my test levels go down.... How does one rebuild them back to normal.

Hey Mudge,
I was just reading a post on this board about banning certain pro hormone supplements.
Later in that post you said 'test' products are practically steroids.

So is 1-Test100 ether a steroid?
When we say steroid are we meaning the same as say D-bol, Sustanon or however you spell it... etc etc?

Okay, so being that this is a steroid I'm on should I double my workouts?

I'm doing the avg 3 on 1 off.
SHould I lift more than that?

1 - biceps / shoulders
2 - Legs / back
3 - tricpes / chest

Also...
I do about 3 different work outs on each muscle.
For instance say I'm working biceps I will do four reps on free weights four reps on machine based systems and another four reps on the same muscle group on a different exercise.

Is this good.

This started out in the correct forum, I know it's switching to a routine but hope to hear some opinions.

Yes, you would want to increase protein intake, as well as training volume and/or frequency.

So maybe work out twice a day on same muscle group?
I take alot of protein along with Cell tech creatine.

Thats a bit too much, twice a day would be fine though, if you do different bodyparts.

If I had the time, and I was doing a cycle I'd do:

Day 1 Chest AM, Tris PM
Day 2 Back AM, Bis PM
Day 3 Legs AM< Shoulders PM
Repeat once then take a day off.

Keep volume high as well.

And actually thats a decent schedule without androgens, excpet I'd keep volume lower, and take a day off every fourth day.
