has anyone tried this product !
Ingredients: Micro ultra filtered whey protein concentrate, egg albumen, micellar casein, micro ultra filtered whey protein isolate, ion exchanged whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey protein isolate, L-glutamine, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-valine. whey, egg, casein ! what do you fellas think ? |

thankx guys, i was contimplating picking some up. this seems like a good protein to take before bed, as it has egg and casein.

considering the high amount of carbohydrates and bcaas, you shouldn't take it before bed but right after your workout when on a bulking phase. This is when your body most needs it.

I've been using it for over a year now along with a few other brands of blended prot. I agree it is higher in carbs but the taste is one the best. I recommend it for weight gain and maintenace.
