    Coming off from supplements?

    When coming off supplements.
(1 Test, and Creatine) what can one do to maintain the size he or she has gained by using the supps.

I would like to maintain size, and maintain workout pace while taking a break from the two.

So basically while taking an off time of 1 Test and creatine is their another supplement I can use that will not affect my hormone re-balancing phase?

    Thanks for the help
    You guys are the best

You should take a product like 6-oxo to re-elevate your natural test levels. You will not be able to maintain the increased workout pace though!

Cut back on the volume of your training. Also, do as dg806 has stated.

you may not be able to maintain all the mass you put on during your 1-test cycle. and you are definetly gonna have to cut back during your workouts like swole and dg said because not all of da intensity will be there. sorry but them the facts!!
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
