i was thinking of taking L-glutamine in addition to my protein, creatine supps. I noticed, however that the pro complex protein i am taking has ~5100 mg of glutamine per serving. Thats roughly 5 gms per serving. I'm consuming three serving a day, therefore thats roughly 15 grams of glutamine. Is that the same as L-glutamine. If so, I shouldn't take any addition L-glutamine supp, right?? thanks.


that's plenty of glutamine. it's really not that beneficial until you are on a severe calorie restrictive diet
