    creatine question

    after your doing taking creatine does most of the mass u gained with it go away since its waterweight and how much water must u drink a day with creatine thanks.

    The mass you gain is dependent on how hard you workout, eat. Creatine isn't magical drink it and gain powder. It's hard to say how you or anyone will gain when using it. I always notice super pumps during workouts. Drink a lot of water. I drink at least 12 - 14 glasses of water, not including any coffee, water in my shakes.

    It's also a lot of time in front of the toilet/urinal too!

    Possible. It will give you cramps also if you don't drink enough. All the weight from creatine is inter-cellular.

    I am not on creatine yet but I still drink lots of water...my question is...could I be pissing away some minerals of my body...like potassium and sodium???? I drink about 6-8 Liters per day

    Yes, if you don't replenish it with vitamins.
