    help with my new vitamins...

    ive never taken these before so here r my gueses...

    ala- 200mg post workout, 200 mg before big carb meals
    fiber...dont know
    ginger root-500mg-1500mg ( how long before meals? 5 min 45?)
    green tea extract-315mg pre workout

    homemade e/c:
    8mge/100 c
    24mge/200 c (pre)
    8mge/100 c
    8mge

    quick question, can u break up prolab caffeine? or will it spill?
